To secure your booking, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation based on the estimated number of guests attending.
The remaining 50% balance payment must be paid one week before the event, along with the final confirmation of guest numbers.
We are happy to accommodate changes to your event details up to one week before the function, including final payment and guest count confirmation.
Any changes requested after this period may result in additional charges depending on availability, preparation requirements, and associated costs.
We take pride in serving fresh, high-quality food. Most menu items are prepared fresh on the day of your event. Please note that desserts may be prepared in advance to maintain the best quality and presentation.
Children aged 6 years and above will be charged at the same per-person rate as adults.
If your event includes a band, performers, photographers, entertainers, or any other additional participants requiring food service, they must be included in the final guest count and charged at the applicable per-person rate.
Providing takeaway food to the host or guests is at the sole discretion of Karachi Restaurant WI.
This decision will be made on the day of the event and may depend on food safety, storage conditions, and health regulations.
Any takeaway food provided after the event is consumed at the guest's own risk. Karachi Restaurant WI accepts no responsibility for any illness or issues resulting from the consumption of takeaway food after the function.
Karachi Restaurant WI reserves the right to discreetly verify the number of guests attending the event.
If the actual number of guests exceeds the confirmed booking number, the additional charges will be calculated accordingly and must be settled at the event.
