Executive Chef
Roy Uttam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from his homeland, Bangladesh. With over 12 years of experience across various industries, including restaurants and catering companies, he has honed his skills in culinary excellence and team management. Since 2012, Roy has been an integral part of Karachi Restaurant WI, serving as the Executive Chef. He is responsible for planning and executing all catering orders, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Karachi Restaurant WI's high standards of quality. In addition to supervising kitchen staff, Roy prepares detailed reports and works closely with the Management. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental in driving Karachi Restaurant WI's success in the catering industry.

Events Director
Ameer Poulas has been with Karachi Restaurant WI since 2011, starting as a server and quickly showcasing a passion for growth and excellence. His Customer Service and leadership skills earned him the opportunity to manage the premise catering team, where he honed his expertise in creating exceptional experiences. Now as Event Director, Ameer oversees planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events, both locally and out of state. He ensures seamless collaboration between staff and venue executing events to meet customers' expectations from Karachi Restaurant WI. Delivering memorable experiences that uphold Karachi Restaurant WI's reputation for excellence.
